Session Pricing

Price tiers for each one hour live webinar:

There is a 5 person minimum and a 20 person maximum per webinar. It is the responsibility of the client to provide attendees for each session. Webinars are scheduled for each client and are conducted exclusively for that client.

Prerequisite Policy

Keydabra Webinars are designed for experienced computer users and attendees are expected to be familiar with the software.

Registration Policy

Participating clients will designate a contact person for the company. That person is responsible for coordinating webinar registration within the company. Keydabra works directly with the designated contact person for all aspects of administration of the webinars.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registrants who do not call in and who do not join the webinar by the scheduled start time are liable for the full fee and are not eligible for a refund.

Registrants who do not cancel by email at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time to cancel@keydabra.com are liable for the full webinar fee and are not eligible for a refund.

Registrants who cancel more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time will be given the option to transfer their registration to a new event (if available) or to receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.

If Keydabra™ cancels a webinar, registrants may receive a full refund or may transfer fees to the rescheduled webinar.
