How It Works

Live Interactive Sessions

Keydabra™ sessions are live, interactive, web-based seminars (webinars) conducted using standard web browsers and telephone connections. No specialized software or equipment is required. Each session is one hour in length and multiple sessions are available.

The instructor and attendees are joined together via WebEx, a premier web conference provider. As attendees call in and log on, they see the instructor's computer monitor, as if they're looking at a projection screen in a training room. During the session, the instructor explains and demonstrates the shortcuts as the attendees practice on their own computers. Attendees have the opportunity to ask questions during and after the session.

Before the Webinar

Prior to the initial webinar, attendees receive detailed instructions on how to join Keydabra webinars. For each webinar, they receive a Keydabra Practice file which they use during the interactive session.

After the Webinar

Attendees are given access to the Keydabra website where they can quickly look up step-by-step instructions for all the shortcuts.

At the end of each session, attendees receive the following:

     (1) a list of all the shortcuts included in that session
     (2) a guide for finding step-by-step instructions for each shortcut
     (3) a guide for using the Keydabra™ Software Shortcuts website
     (4) an Access Code, which is required to access shortcut instructions on the website

Practice for Success

We strongly recommend that, as soon as you learn the Shortcuts, you start using them often in your work. By getting the shortcuts into rote memory and making them 'your own', we are certain that you will benefit from using our Keydabra™ Software Shortcuts!
