Company History

In 1983, Marian Daross founded Computer Tutor, a software training & consulting business. For more than twenty years, Computer Tutor provided business clients with quality instruction and consultation on major software application packages.

Over the years, as she discovered new shortcuts, Ms. Daross always added them into her training. As a result, she never 'lost' any of them and ended up with a large volume of shortcuts, many of which are not documented elsewhere.

While working with a group of technology experts, Ms. Daross noticed that they repeatedly used multiple unnecessary steps to accomplish common computer tasks. It was clear to her that they did not know the shortcuts that she knew.

Ms. Daross realized that if computer experts didn't know the shortcuts, then it was likely that other users didn't know them either. She knew that if she created 'shortcuts only' training, she could offer a unique solution for increasing efficiency. She realized that she had discovered a simple but powerful way to show people the fastest way to work faster.

Through research Ms. Daross learned that interactive on-line sessions would offer the best delivery method for her shortcuts training. This web-based technology is not only the most cost-effective and timely approach but it also provides participants hands-on practice during the session, which is critical for long-term retention.

Keydabra Software Shortcuts is dedicated to creating a new standard in office efficiency by teaching people the fastest way to work faster.
