A: Keydabra Software Shortcuts sessions are live, interactive, web-based seminars (webinars) conducted using standard web browsers and telephone connections. The instructor and attendees are joined together via a premier web conference provider and no specialized software or equipment is required.
The webinars are designed to improve productivity by identifying and teaching shortcuts which are native to common software packages but are unknown to most computer users.
Multiple Keydabra Software Shortcuts sessions are available and each session is one hour in length, with an average of 18 shortcuts presented in each session.
Q: How does Keydabra work?
A: As attendees call in and log on, they see the instructor's computer monitor, as if they're looking at a projection screen in a training room. When the session begins, the instructor explains and demonstrates the shortcuts, as the attendees practice on their own computers. After the webinar, attendees are given access to the Keydabra website where they can quickly look up step-by-step instructions for all the shortcuts.
