Instructions for First-time Attendees

Before attending your first Keydabra webinar, you need to set up the WebEx Training Manager (instructions below). This usually takes less than 2-3 minutes but please do this at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time, in case you encounter any technical issues.

After you have downloaded the Training Manager, click here for further instructions.

Instructions for one-time set up of the WebEx Training Manager.

  1. Go to https://keydabra.webex.com. WebEx will open the 'Live Sessions' page.

  2. On the left side of the screen, click 'Training Manager' under the heading Set Up.

  3. On the 'Set Up Training Manager' screen, click the Set Up button.

  4. First time WebEx users will be prompted to follow the instructions for installing the ActiveX Control, which is required for using WebEx. (If you need help installing the ActiveX Control, please see the Help Box below.)

  5. Click the OK button when you see the message, 'You have successfully set up Training Manager...'.

The instructions for installing the ActiveX Control direct you to the yellow Information Bar at the top of the page. If you don't recognize it, look directly under the Address bar to see the Information Bar, which is not labeled but looks like this:

Click on the yellow Information Bar to begin the installation process.

Next, select Install Active X Control from the pop-up menu.

Then select the Install button when you get the Security Warning.
